The first season of Bachelor in Paradise premiered on September 10, 2018, one week after the finale of the third season of the Bachelorette. Chris Harrison reprised his role as the host of the show.

Shannon's date: Shannon took Eric on a date. They had a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach. Molly Wilding joined the cast in Mexico.
Molly's date: Molly arrived with a date card and took Eric on the date, upsetting Shannon. They went barhopping in a nearby town.
Ashlynn's date: Ashlynn took Flynn on the date. They went water-skiing and had a spa date.
Brynn's date: Brynn took Mauricio on a date, wanting to give him a chance to clear his name from The Bachelorette. They had a dinner during the sunset.
Rose ceremony: The rose ceremony came after a cocktail party. In order Jonah gave his rose to Emma, Kolten gave his rose to Lindsay, Jarrett gave his rose to Jaclyn, Flynn gave his rose to Ashlynn, Mauricio gave his rose to Brynn, and Eric gave his rose to Molly, sending Shannon home.

Ben's date: Ben Nielson arrived in paradise with a date card. Originally, he wanted to take Molly, but she rejected him because of her relationship with Eric. Ben took Lindsay instead, and they went golfing, and had a picnic lunch on the green.
Jonah's date: Jonah received a date card and took Emma on the date. They went parasailing.
Kolten's date: Kolten received a date card and took Lindsay, upsetting Ben who had just gotten back from his date. They had dinner on the beach. Tyshawn Lewis arrived in paradise.
Tyshawn's date: Tyshawn arrived with a date card and took Jaclyn. They went to a mud spring and had dinner.
Rose ceremony: Before the rose ceremony, a fight broke out between Ben and Kolten over Lindsay, but people stepped in between them before things got physical. The rose ceremony came after the cocktail party. In order Lindsay gave her rose to Kolten, Emma to Jonah, Molly to Eric, Jaclyn to Tyshawn, Ashlynn to Jarrett, and Brynn to Mauricio, eliminating Ben and Flynn.

Airdate: September 24, 2018
The first arrival was a guy, Collin Ploof. He did not arrive with a date card.
Jen's date: Jen McKay arrived in paradise with a date card. Jen took Collin on the date. They had brunch on a yacht.
Kate's date: Kate Richard arrived in paradise with a date card. Eric was excited to see Kate, much to Molly's dissatisfaction. Kate took Eric on the date. They had lunch in a canopy hut. Kristin Rogers arrived in paradise.
Kristin's date: Kristin arrived with a date card, and after much consideration, she took Mauricio on the date, upsetting Brynn.
Rose ceremony: At the cocktail party, Molly was upset at Kate and Eric, as she felt he was ignoring her. Mauricio told Brynn that he was only into her, despite just going on a date. The rose ceremony came after the cocktail party. In order Tyshawn gave his rose to Jaclyn, Mauricio to Brynn, Kolten to Lindsay, Collin to Jen, Jonah to Emma, and Eric to Kate, much to everyone's surprise. Jarrett decided it was time for him to leave paradise, as he felt as if he did not find a real connection with anybody, and with his rose decided to save Molly. Ashlynn and Kristin were eliminated.
Episode 4[]
Airdate: October 1, 2018
Grant's date: Grant Gilmore arrived in paradise, catching the eye of a couple of the ladies. Grant ended up asking Molly, who graciously accepted. They went cliff diving, followed by a romantic lunch.
Eric's date: Eric received a date card, and asked Kate to join him. They went hiking, followed by rappelling down the cliffside. Devon Ross arrived in paradise.
Devon's date: Devon arrived with a date card. He took Jen. They had a romantic dinner, followed by a hot spring massage.
Jonah told Emma that he didn't want to commit to her too soon, as they have only known each other for a few days, upsetting Emma. Mauricio set up dinner on the beach for himself and Brynn.
Rose ceremony: At the cocktail party, tensions were high between Eric, Kate, and Molly. Jonah apologized to Emma, but she wasn't all that receptive. The rose ceremony came after the cocktail party. In order Molly gave her rose to Grant, Lindsay to Kolten, Brynn to Mauricio, Jaclyn to Tyshawn, then Kate to Eric. When it was Emma's turn to hand out a rose, she declined to and decided to leave paradise. Jonah decided to leave with her to try to save their relationship. Following, Jen gave her rose to Devon, eliminating Collin.
Episode 5[]
Airdate: October 8, 2018
Luke Heeran arrived in the morning with no date card.
Grace's date: Grace Garvey arrived in paradise shortly after Luke with a date card. Grace asked Grant on the date, but he declined due to his relationship with Molly. Grace asked Devon and he accepted. They went cave exploring. Savanah Haynes arrived in paradise.
Savanah's date: Savanah arrived in paradise with a date card. Savanah asked Kolten on the date, and he accepted, much to Lindsay's disappointment. They went to a local farmer's market and made lunch.
Aryana's date: Aryana Farrell arrived in paradise with a date card. Originally, Aryana asked Grant, but he declined due to him pursuing Molly. She asked Mauricio on the date, and he accepted. They went deep sea fishing. Danielle Sparks arrived in paradise.
Danielle's date: Danielle arrived in paradise with a date card. She asked Luke on the date and he accepted. They had a romantic dinner.
Once Mauricio and Aryana came back from their date, Brynn told him that if he wasn't going to choose her at the rose ceremony to let her know now so she can leave.
Rose ceremony: At the cocktail party, Devon found himself in a love triangle between Grace, Jen, and himself and tried to confide in Tyshawn. The rose ceremony came after the cocktail party. Eric gave his rose to Kate, Kolten to Savanah, Devon to Grace, Grant to Molly, Luke to Danielle, Tyshawn to Jaclyn, and Mauricio to Brynn.
Episode 6[]
Airdate: October 15, 2018
Chandler's date: Chandler Daniel arrived in paradise with a date card. He asked Grace on the date. They went to skydiving.
Tyshawn's date: Tyshawn received a date card and asked Jaclyn to join him on the date. They visited a Mexican village for a feast. Dylan Day arrived in paradise.
Dylan's date: Dylan arrived with a date card. He asked Brynn on the date. They had a romantic candlelit dinner.
Rose ceremony: The rose ceremony came after the cocktail party. In order Danielle gave her rose to Luke, Kate to Eric, Jaclyn to Tyshawn, Savanah to Kolten, Brynn to Mauricio, Grace to Devon, and Molly to Grant, eliminating Chandler and Dylan.
Episode 7[]
Airdate: October 22, 2018
Chris Harrison asked each of the couples to have a serious talk with each other and decide whether to continue or go home. Brynn and Mauricio decided it would be best to end their relationship. Following their exit, Kolten and Savanah, Danielle and Luke, and Devon and Grace all decided to break up. That left three couples: Grant and Molly, Jaclyn and Tyshawn, and Eric and Kate.
The three couples went on romantic overnight dates in fantasy suites. Grant and Molly, and Eric and Kate came back convinced that they should stay in a couple. However, Tyshawn had some doubts about whether or not Jaclyn was the right woman for him, and decided to break up with her.
Rose Ceremony: Grant and Molly exchanged roses and left as a couple. Eric proposed to Kate and she accepted.
In the epilogue it was revealed that Emma and Jonah are still in a relationship.
